Alejandra is a filmmaker and scriptwriter born in Bogotá, Colombia. She graduated with honors from the undergrad Film & TV program at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, 2014. Then she decided to pursue a Film Master Degree in Scriptwriting at the International Film and TV School of San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba, where she graduated in 2015. Her short film Amalgama won the Proimagenes Grant for Short Film Production, Colombia 2016 and had its international premiere at Huesca International Film Festival. Currently, she is writing three feature films, one personal, the other two by commission.
